Hello Karun! Personally, I prefer SATS when it comes to food. Ambassador is great when it comes to shower facility, clean and modern one. Friendliness of staff I’ll go for Marhaba. If you have more time, go and visit them all. Do the lounge hopping as I normally do when travelling. 😉👍🏼 Enjoy the lounge.. 🛫

Thanks for comment. Basically I prefer SATS than Ambasassor but that is considering the Covid restrictions that time. Food: Sats has more options of food than Ambassador. That time, Ambassador is still serving ala carte menu while my second visit in Sats started to serve buffet. Most probably Ambassador is back in full service nowadays. Shower: I like shower room more on Ambassador than Sats. Ambassador has more available shower rooms and well maintained than Sats. Ambiance: I feel more comfortable in Sats maybe because it has a natural light coming from outside view. Though during that time, the blinds are slightly down, thus less view of planes. It looks spacious as the ceiling at the open view is high Never tried to use the public or food from airport street. Again above was based on April-May 2022 where covid restrictions is still up in the country. Hope this helps, Manuel. 😊

Update!! We arrived às scheduled at changi and booked in to the Ambassador. It was the only one that took a debit card. It was absolutely fine. Good food, comfortable and clean. The shower alone was worth the price, absolutely brilliant.

Hello! As previously commented, please see below. Debit card like VISA or MASTER should be acceptable as these are major cards. So I expect no issues in using either of the two. Thanks for comment. Hello Vincent! For Krisflyer Lounge, yes, you should be able to access it. But for Sats Premium, not sure of they will recognize your krisflyer gold in. Maybe not as Krisflyer have their exclusive lounge - krisflyer gold lounge. But when in airport, better to check with Sats. Anyway, there’s no harm in trying. Otherwise, you still have the Krisflyer Lounge. 😉

Hello! It’s not usual, i supposed. If they have the shower, then thay should able to provide the towel. Even if for extra charge should be fine. But no towel at all is totally insane. My bad if I gave wrong info then.

Hello ulit Sai! Not sure if allowed po sa mga arriving passengers ang lounge. Never ko pa pong na experience to access the lounge after arriving to my final destination. Pero in case pwede, okay ang foods sa SATS lounge. From T1 to T3, di rin po ako sigurado kung pwede pong ma-aaccess unless my transit/layover po kayo.

Ah okay. May connecting flight pala kayo. Then may good reason kayo mag stay sa lounge. Food wise, okay ako sa Sats Lounge. Pero pagdating sa shower, mas okay ang facilities sa Ambassador Transit Lounge. Bothe located sa Terminal 3 na experience ko. But I heard okay din ang food sa Ambassador lalo na ng bumalik na sila sa full operations after ng covid. Medyo mas mataas nga lang ang mga lounge rate sa Singapore kumpara sa Manila.

Hello Sai! I checked sa website nila lumalabas na 71SGD for 5hrs. Eto yung site nila. www.plazapremiumlounge.com/en-uk/find/asia/singapore/singapore/singapore-changi-airport/sats-premier-lounge-departures-terminal-three. Di ko nasubukan ang shower nila kasi mas okay n ako sa Ambassador. 😉

Hello! If you don’t have a credit card tied up with SATS or Lounge Cards, then you have to pay for the entrance. Upon paying, you can drink and eat as many as you want. Shower may subject for extra fee, depending on your card. Towels are also provided in the lounge. 🥂😊

@@roamwithjerome thanks. I have a Priority Pass membership. On the website it says that some things are subject to payment. Actually that’s for the other lounge (Ambassador). It says alcoholic drinks, shower, gymnasium are subject to payment? Do they have an actual gym at that lounge?

Hello again! I didn’t see any gym in this lounge. Yes, shower is subject for payment. never tried to use it to be honest. Alcoholic drinks are free like wines and beer. But those high in % maybe subject for payment. 😊

@@roamwithjeromeI stayed there last night for a few hours. A sign said that the lounge was full. I was told that I had to wait for two hours, but I convinced her to let me in after all. And the lounge was nearly empty! The food was OK. I liked the 2 types of curries. The alcohol selection was poor. Tiger is expected, but the choice of wine was terrible. Sauv Blanc and a Cab Sauv, both from Chile. They had Gordon’s gin, so the spirits was the cheapest available. Don’t expect to be spoiled with top shelf brands. Also, toilets weren’t available. You had to exit and go downstairs to use the toilets.

Hello Mahrndra! SATS Premium Lounge in Terminal 3 is open 24hours. I haven’t been to Terminal 1, so I can’t compare. 👍🏼

Hello @muthusankar173! Yes, it is free with priority pass. But then, please check your membership type/credit card info to avoid extra charges. There are some credits cards that allows you to visit twice a yeat. Hope this helps. 😊

Hello Vishal! I think you can only access it on departure or transit as the lounge is always looking for your boarding pass. You can give it a try on arrival as I never experienced SATS on arrival. 😉

Hello Vishal! Most lounges accept guest regardless of which airlines you are flying. They do accept walk-in guest for a fee if their capacity allows them to do so.

Hello Vishal! As I have mentioned in the previous comment, you can access the lounge on departure or during transit. But now sure on arrival.
