Mam I am your big fan but sorry to comment this but your sattu recipe is not correct you should firstly mix chopped onion garlic ginger chilli mustard oil salt, red chilli pickle mash these ingredients well then add sattu it will make sattu more flavour full and little water in sattu ❤ And it tastes well with brinjal and tomato bharta
Iam a southindian.. and i dont know if its the authentic way to prepare or not, but then a person from UP shared the same recipe and it was yummy.. I made the same and trust me, this is delicious.. very different taste❤
