I live 5, maybe 10min away from the Nolichucky and sadly many people have moved on and so much of this area is still on lifesupport. Waynesboro is just an hour up the mountain from me and pretty much every square foot from me to them is under dirts, rock, silt. Half of the damn highway connecting TN to NC just washed away or fell off the mountain. Anyway, it's great what you're doing. Just make sure that the toys have some kind of pipeline to families cuz in our area they stopped taking toys AND clothes (just a couple days after the storm). Money is always helpful if I'm right. Please know that I'm not trying to blast your bad @$$ fundraiser w/ cold water. It's just crazy here and getting physical anything to most people is near-impossible. Everything's being airdropped. In fact, I feel like I live in Faluja w/ all the Chinooks and Blackhawks flying over my farm each day. Love and HUGE thanks for helping

I’m so sorry man. I know the devastation has been great… the toys are going to Sassafras on Main and they have a plan on how to distribute them. Thankfully, there are other charities and ways to support the people of Tennessee and NC with necessities. All credit to Kato’s Kollection Reviews for organizing this toy drive.

@3POAPodcast Sounds like a good solid plan. Thank you very much for the show, of course, but your interest in all of us here in the South who've gotten the wind knocked out of us. I'm saying that in recognition of you being from the polar opposite end of the country. Thanks LP & thanks contributors. Those folks need ALL the help the world can muster. It's Armageddon. @@jontuell5338 I'm in Simpsonville SC, and since I'm in a modern track housing subdivision, there were no trees to fall. My parents weren't so lucky. One fell on their house, and a tree branch whipped him in the leg and foot, shattering his bones. He had surgery, and is doing all right, but very scary, especially considering he's 81. It was terrifying for my friend who lives in Oregon that was helpless with her parents in Canton NC. She couldn't get a hold of them, had no idea if they were alive until nearly a week later. I didn't have power for three days, and no car. Once I got out on the road, the devastation around here was cathartic. Then when I found out about what happened to Asheville/Western NC (and other areas)...so profoundly heartbreaking. With the weather manipulation, the government sure did a damn good job at wiping out all these lives to harvest that lithium. Please, you and your family take extra care!

1:44:48 I collect 1/6 figures...but don't have interest with the comic line Sideshow started years back or this Wolverine. It's all about iconic movie characters that aren't comic stuff (unless it's Burton Batman). These mixed media comic style figures are fine, but silly when Mondo charges the same price for big plastic action figures. The whole point (for me at least) with 1/6 is the realism. A shrunken down version of an actor that you can trick ppl into thinking a pic of it is a movie still...or at the least a damn good cosplayer. Going from middle class to low class, you can still budget your way into collecting regular figures and 1/6.

Man I only ever had 1 hot toys figure. Iron man mk3 with optional battle damage parts. It was so awesome and I got it for $250 at hot toys retail store in Hong Kong. Then I was like, well I need the rest of the avengers now... until I saw how much they cost in USA... 😳😳😳 Sold iron man for $500 and never looked at 1/6 again, other than "ohhh purdy..." Not to mention how much space they take. * but I will admit, some of the star wars stuff has been TEMPTING. And now I remember I had a medicom RAH vader version 1, and a couple of sideshow luke skywalkers (bespin and ROTJ). Sold them too.

Yo speaking of lizard men, I just watched a show on Hulu about people who beleive in lizard people disguised as people in power, one killed his brother in Seattle back in 2019!? Crazy!!! And yes, now I want some lizard people figures to combine with action force parts 😂😂😂 so crazy!!!

I like MMPR almost exclusively. While far from perfect, I enjoyed the lightning collection while it lasted and I’d love if they brought it back to round out the mmpr roster with more monsters, the Rangers in civilian clothes, and Bulk and Skull.
