My favourite thing about SNL is they're always looking off camera and almost never at each other and it's really obvious they're reading cue cards. Really good for comedy when it feels like professional performers are giving a high school presentation reading directly off her powerpoint.

The people who say "snl was never good" might be unaware of how truly bad the current cast/writing staff is. Thing is, it seems more likely that they are just trying retcon reality to suit their ideology that offensive comedy was never funny. Based comment. SNL was amazingly good for a long time but really hasn't been since the departure of Farley and Sandler. Ever since they were basically forced out it's been on a steady decline to where it is now. MadTV was always good, except for that last season that the CW did.

The funniest thing to me about the joke around 8:30 is the double entendre of “Shrink Floyd” being funny both because of the word “Shrink” that is continuation of the transformation of “Pink” to “Chink”, and “Floyd” which is the sound a Chinese person makes when attempting to pronounce Freud.
