Really looking forward to hart foundation next week been wondering why they never did one. Hey Conrad if you see this I really think it would be great if you and Bruce did one on Texas tornado. Conrad is the absolute worst part of all these podcasts. And before someone says why do you listen to it, it's because I love listening to Bruce's stories and all the other guys stories that Conrad is a host of. But I have to suffer through listening to his mouth breathing. He attempts to be funny and do impressions like Bruce but they are terrible. He's nothing but a want to be smart Mark that married into a wrestling family and put up the funds for the real people we care about to talk about their stories. He should be sitting at home listening to podcasts it's not hosting them. That's why he's voted the worst podcast host.

This was my favorite snme. For me it was all downhill after this one. From the theme to the setting. The next one was in Florida - even the theme song sucked bc they started using footage FROM the event in the opening, which made it clearly not live, was a spoiler, and so much worse than seeing vintage moments from other events. Jimmy hart being branded by jyd became an iconic moment for them. Now I never liked any of the skits - was watching for the wrestling, and seeing even a short match between say Tito and savage was thrilling as we were used to jobber matches. So even though I didn’t like skits much, I still appreciated piper’s comedic brilliance - sad but not surprised that millennial snowflake Conrad doesn’t appreciate it. His big concern: the kids shouldn’t be inside!!! Lol Note too that steamboat selling being thrown by Fuji using two fingers under the chin was awesome. But these two missed that. 😂

Ok follow me on this Bruce talks about the good old days so fondly, days when they called it in the ring and nothing was overproduced Then Bruce turns around and complains that it isn’t like that anymore, when in all reality, it’s wwe that forces workers to adhere to a strict overproduced match, it’s wwe that doesn’t let their super talented workers innovate, it’s wwe that holds people back. Seems to me that if things were so good back in the day and now we have workers that are 100x more athletically talented now, you would want them to call things in the ring and let them create magic. Oh Vince doesn’t want that? Ok well, again, as long as we can all agree who the problem has been for so long

Bruce: I can sit and watch tv find entertainment in anything. Also Bruce: …all that 32 star bullshit means nothing. Again he just said he can find anything entertaining but then says a well rated match is bullshit and that praise means nothing. …no Bruce, it means a match was great and it wasn’t just entertainment. It had entertainment, drama, exceptional work, fan response, and told a story. Just because you hate the guy who rates the matches DOESNT mean it’s cool to pretend well rated matches are bullshit simply because other companies are doing a good job. That’s propaganda and your fans prefer it when you are honest and not just saying what you think your boss wants you to say. So transparent, constantly hypocritical. Still doesn’t learn not to put his foot in his own mouth after 40 years.
