Myk UK Today is a channel that has no structure really it's just going to be a place where I share ideas and also somewhere that allows me to help other people who find themselves in similar situations to my own.
I have, as many people do, some things I could do with changing and improving in my life and I will use this channel in an attempt to document my efforts, successes and failures.
It is my hope that along the way I learn some things, teach some things and help as many people as possible.

My journey begins in September 2017, I am not doing this for fame or fortune, I have no idea where this will end and I am very nervous BUT if I can help even 1 person it will all be worth it.
