I went with the slightly smaller Saturn FCB290...super easy on the budget, built tough and has most of the reinforcement on the bottom and sides as the heavier-duty models. The boat itself weighs about 80-85 lbs, so easily transportable when fully inflated in the back of my pickup truck. Throw a 6-8HP small outboard engine in it and it'll get on plane relatively quickly and reach speeds of 15-20mph on relatively smooth water. It's not as roomy as the XHD330 but it's half the price and at least 50 lbs lighter. Love it for fishing...I've gone over rocks and sticks with it, no damage at all after 2 seasons. No trailer necessary...I use it primarily while my main boat is winterized, as well as to fish those hard-to-reach spots or smaller waterways too sketchy for larger boats.
You ever look at those Stryker boats with the full underside rubberized and 20” transom for jet outboards? Probably significantly more expensive but those Stryker inflatables are awesome!
Mike, do you know what model number or make your jet unit is, also how did you get the poly jet foot from jet wolf, their website says they aren’t selling anymore.

What was these attachments on top of your portable trailer? I have a trailer like that and just got a similar boat, need to figure how to convert my existing trailer to a boat carrier

Hmm on my Saturn 16 ft woth a 15 hp motor 2 stroke amd the heavy duty bot all around I have no issues or problems getting on plane amd going fast the problem is you got to even the weight out so put some in have no problem woth my Saturn 16 ft heavy duty boat gotta have weight in the fromt to even or put in the ocean I get on plane. Fast amd easy
Again I have no problem or issue with my 16 ft Saturn heavy duty boat and get on plane east amd fast woth my 15 h p and don’t need those wood thing on the back of the transom tho amd mine is way much wider woth almium floor to tho so don’t know why this guy is having issues tho those kiboat are not wide enough no room had one amd got rid of it tho but everyone has there likes on inflatable boats tho cool video
