Karen yolo , since cheer up era, every twice members have their number/name behind their clothes ( u can see those numbers on their baseball game shirt and the red coat they used on TwiceLand concert ^^ ) Sana has the number of 12 while Tzuyu has the number of 25 so we decided to make SaTzu Day on 25th of December then we celebrated it monthly on 25th 😊 ( I hope it helped )
