This is excellent news! I was an expat in Saudi Arabia for 2 years and had the best experience there. I was truly HAPPY & felt at peace. The culture, the people, Islam, the food, the shopping… I miss it there. I made so many friends from around the world there. I’ll definitely look into this option. My time there was definitely better compared to the USA.
Whatever you do , stay honest with your audience and don't promote stuff just for the sake of doing it or the money like most others do. Great content as usual!
@wealthy expat But do u know one thing if the primary holder of permanent residency visa dies then his children and spouse can't stay anymore and also his children will not inherit his wealth which he has in saudi. I read their visa page in government website. Do u have any update on this issue? Why will we I vest if they kick us out after death of primary holder

Idk I feel like it’s 10 years away from being where Dubai is today and still not that friendly to foreign investment. Dubai in 10 years will also be way bigger then it is today. I know Saudi has may more money but spending it all on things like the line and a ski resort doesn’t seem that efficient compared to highly profitable investments like JBR, Marina, Creek, Hills, ranches ect
The problem in saudi arabia is the crazy restrictions on everything & a skew pro saudi bias due to that the country isn`t secular. It was always an empty place.
I am an expat in Saudi Arabia and the latest news is that they closed the donation program . I think they’ll launch new programs within these two years
Realistically, Saudi Arabia is a country with an area equal to 7 European countries. Dubai is a city that can be compared to the plans for the future city of Jeddah.
As a Qatari I’m happy to live in the gulf, you can sense the energy of aspiration to be better and growth. I pray and hope our Arab families (Levant and North Africa) peace and justice to have an excellent region we share together.

Este pais si tiene un gran futuro, el gobierno esta lleno de dinero y quiere atraer capitales "a la Dubai". Es una gran oportunidad a largo plazo. Unicas desventajas, el clima y la cultura que podrian desanimar a muchos
Hi @WealthyExpat, Interesting one here... I can see where this is going = ...(similar to Dubai)... Reason? With the rise of Electric vehicles, Oil price will go down. Branching out to another source of income is to be expected. While all the New town planning seems to not make sense + TOO EXPENSIVE. Several things that Saudi Arabia are currently doing that is NOT getting enough attention are - Preserving Historical Sites & Building Historical Museums . This will be huge later on as a tourist destination. Also the dates farms and the camels... I've been to some of these sites during my Umrah last year (Nov2022). I'm positive for the future. Owh, by the way, many arabs knows Malay Language. You may want to learn some words/sentences to impress them more. Other than Arabic of course. Hahaha...
Agreed. In my opinion, Oman is such a greatly underrated country, but that's probably because they don't interfere much in politics and other countries' businesses. As a Swiss, I think Oman is the Middle East's Switzerland! 🇨🇭🇴🇲
Now, I Just realized that the secret to making a million is saving for better trades. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money trading. For example last year I Traded with 10k in Crypto and made about $146k,but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million
You say that the freehold system implies that you own the property but not the land. That is the leasehold system; the real freehold system entails full ownership of both the land and the property on the land.
The crown prince revealed an ambitious program of social and economic reform entitled "Vision 2030" and pledged to diversify the economy by offering part of the state-owned oil company Aramco to the public and encouraging new companies to reduce dependence on oil exports.
Greay video so if i oay 210k usd i get residency for life, and buy farm land in mecca and medinah? What if i only pay 210k usd do i still need to show them steady income or not is it just a one of payment
No. Residency is a legal status that decides if a person is allowed to dwell in a country or not. Citizenship is a legal status that determines if a person belongs to a state's polity or not.
Muslims still have to explain the 'kill the infidels!' part, bc taken in context, it means, 'kill non-muslims.' And this is what happened when Tunisia began to get popular some years ago with the beach massacre.
You fool that was the extremist muslim kill innocent non-muslim. If the non-muslim kill and disturb first againts to Islam is allowed for Islam to kill them. But if they don't strike first haram to harm them.
🚨🚨A very important note about the 15min city...these cities are designed liked that because statistically it is economically to the residents advantage! See every successful city is designed that way. Think about having to travel 20min 30min just to go to the store, cafe, or cleaners or even the park. The mistake that many developers make is that they don't make their cities "walkable" thus people aren't attracted to them. But if it's walkable then you don't need a whole lot of money to live there. And ppl tend to take care of the city because they see the local services as their own. So I'm definitely for it!
What Saudi Arabia has taken is a major modernization step in view of the course of social development in the Kingdom, although it is lagging behind other countries. This is due to the changes witnessed by the Saudi ruling house represented by the rise of a new leadership of the Saudi state with new intellectual traits Commensurate with the assumption of the mandate of the young Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
You keep saying things to the effect that Saudi Arabia is the next UAE, Saudi Arabia is following UAE.. etc with all due respect, Saudi Arabia is by far the largest economy in the region, and it’s a massive country with great features and capabilities, Saudi Arabia's goal and potential is way beyond UAE limits
illegal for saudi citizen by law, saudis are required to be muslims or else they face huge circumstances and the plenty for that is execution ,/ if you’re foreign you can be Christian or any religion but you’re not allowed to practice your religion in public
Saudi is still far away from being similar to the UAE. Even dubai and abu dhabi are growing at an unprecedented rate. If any other country could become the next uae I would bet on Bahrain or even Qatar rather than Saudi. Oman is also great for families.
your comment is just completely wrong, it's hard for me to decide where to begin. dubai and abu dhabi are both in the UAE, you make it sound like different countries. "Bahran or even Qatar" suggests that bahrain is ahead of qatar, which is the other way around- and both those countries are extremely tiny to be compared to Saudi and UAE. UAE is more established as a financial hub, but Saudi is catching up to the UAE and has a much bigger budget and economic might, and is focusing its entire nation on that task. The only thing you said that was accurate is that Oman is great for families, but thats not what the video is about.
Next dubai will be next neom Better weather than dubai U could fly from neom to europe 2-3 hours instead. 5-7 hours dubai Neom state will bankrupt dubai Mark my words
@@automaestro1611 saudi has 2-3 trilion dollars in theyre wallet to invest dubai family king doesnt have trilions Is not about dubai Is about better weather in neom 15-25 percent cooler and 20-30 percent less humid and less muggy weather And is more closer for europians and americans 3 hours plus closer
Ever since 2009 i’ve been hearing these phrases repeatedly “This project is going to bankrupt Dubai” “Dubai is a ghost town” “Dubai is like a ballon that is waiting to get blown” “Dubai is soulless and it won’t survive the financial crisis, mark my words.”
