If we enter on Pakistan passport basis then still iqama validity 6 months is required because i heard that if we enter on basis of Pakistan passport and get visa on arrival then no need for iqama..please make it clear
I made entry in Qatar as a GCC resident on Pakistani passport for which there are following requirements : 1. Iqama and passport must be valid for 6 months, they check iqama expiry date from Absher. (for that you should have internet available, preferably GCC roaming) 2. Your profession on iqama must be in their approved professions list for visa on arrival. (check the link) www.dohaguides.com/qatar-visa-on-arrival-for-gcc-residents/#list-of-professions-eligible 3. You should have visitor health insurance (cost 50 Qatari Riyal per head) Check the link to get insurance online 4. Confirmed hotel booking and it's prove (you can get the print of booking) 5. Qatari visa is 100 Qatari Riyal per passport only payable by credit card (they don't accept cash) You can check the requirements for Qatari visa on arrival for Pakistani passport on the link.. But if you are making entry from Saudi Arabia and you are Saudi resident your iqama must be valid and should have approved profession.
Can you please clarify about hotel booking that you did from their specified website required for pakistani passport and why you had to pay for visa as its free for pakistani passport
