Just to make your life easier, Coles sells uncased sausage meat, so you can just slice off a bit without all the peeling. It's handy for making meatballs, too.

I wish US sausage had that grease.I can't make sausage gravy without adding grease these days.This looks like a much easier dish than Scotch eggs.Might try it,our breakfast sausage is like ground beef,easy to make patties.

Mate you have to try Little Kiwi Bakehouse at Nerang. The pies and sausage rolls are incredible. Reviews are off the chart. Tiny shop, family run and be prepared to line up. It's always busy
