Fun Fact: The music for this movie was composed by the one and only Alan Menken. The same guy who did the music for The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin. No, this is not a joke.
@@christianortiz793aww someone just doesn't know comedy if it hit them in the face with a sausage...Sorry you don't have a sense of humor maybe try laughing for once in your life.
That's ridiculous, humans need food to survive. I enjoyed the film, but it's not going to stop me from eating because if we don't eat we go hungry and if we're hungry for too long we starve. And if we starve for too long we die.
I feel like when it comes to the premise of this movie, they should’ve just stuck with only food being sentient. As soon as you give other objects sentience such as toilet paper, you might as well give everything else sentience such as plants, furniture, and televisions.
I always thought the ending was pretty lazy. With how many of the supermarket food will die out from heat or rain or just expire, to end it like the way they did always felt like a cop out to not worry about the foods’ fates. It was still a funny watch and I do wonder how the show will handle following up from killing the humans in the supermarket.
I hate the way this movie makes me overthink. Like the pizza slice 🍕 for example: Why is he not made up of multiple sentient foods such as cheese, tomato sauce, and toppings? Also why is only once slice sentient when pizza starts off as a whole pie before being cut into individual slices? Wouldn’t being cut up like that hurt them?
The fact that you payed to see a trash movie from an unfunny Jew whose whole career is "hehe weed am I right?". Sausage Party to me came off as trying too hard to be edgy and funny.
I still can’t believe that the legendary Disney music composer Alan Menken made the songs and music for this movie. It does make me wish we can get more animated theatrical adult movies but with different genres like action or horror, drama, romance, etc. Also! Just few days ago a trailer for a sausage party series came out and it actually continues after the first movie but it somehow kinda forgot the whole dimension travel plot.
North America thinks adults animation only should be comedies. I do hope to have more adult animated movies in theaters, doesn’t always have to be R rated. We rarely have PG-13 animated movies in theaters either, animation with a bit of edge with without the limitations with a PG rating movie. I heard first The Incredibles movie originally going to be PG-13 rating because of because of intense fighting and heavy use guns, some scenes needed to be cut out to maintain a PG rating.
FINALLY! I'm so glad you guys were able to react to this. I knew you'd find so much of this film to be sus and hilariously dark. I knew your reaction would be the best, and it was. Love you guys 🤣
1:10 “Bro, it’s not the size that counts” “It’s the flavor?” Y’all I can’t 😭💀 You came up with that on the fly???! I’m gonna have to start using that one, I’m howling
I'm glad I'm not the only one, everyone is shocked and appalled and I'm just laughing my ass off. The dystopian reality and parts with the lay off aside trio were pretty good for the commentary. It's a pretty funny movie but it's probably due to me being kinda baked while watching.
My favorite subscribers on RU-vid. Aka you two are in for the surprise of a lifetime with this movie. You'll never be the same after watching this one. Good luck
I went to the movie thinking it was a family friendly movie with my ex. We were the only people in the theatre and when the ending played…. The workers came in and checked on us, (we were 18) we couldn’t believe what we just saw 😂
I went to see this on the day it released in theaters & almost all the seats were filled. When the food orgy was going down the reactions were hysterical! Some were laughing so hard or screaming out of confusion, others walked out in disgust or anger, a family of 3 was rushing out the door shielding their kids eyes & one dude surprisingly got sick and heaved on the floor. 10 years this film was in the making, and I think it paid off pretty well in my books
Why in the hell did families lasted almost the entire movie, even with its constant cursing, racial jokes, and drugs references, but the orgy scene went to far? That’s bad parents.
@@user-sq5eg8vz6j I always say to people if you can't find or afford a babysitter, DON'T go see the movie. Plain & simple! I had this happen when watching 2013 Evil Dead also.
I saw this movie on my birthday when I turned 16 it was such a fun movie to hear the voices of Seth and so much more and I was dying in laughter with the jokes and it has an all-star cast thanks for the reaction.
The sausage party TV series just dropped today, Sausage Party: Foodtopia apparently it got good ratings from IGN already it looks like it's going to be funny
Something funny happened with this movie, in a movie theater here in Mexico they proyected the trailer before the Finding Dory movie, all bc since it’s an animated film they automatically assumed this was for kids 😂
Seriously. To the people that went to watch this movie didn't knew it was R rated? Dude lmao it could help a lil. Also, adult cartoons usually are like this, or worst. I'm just saying you better investigate before take children to theaters just bc is a cartoon film lmao
I remember when this movie came out. I thought it was so funny I was laughing the whole drive home thinking about it. I even cosplayed as the Douche at Magfest the following year.
46:50 to 49:00 For as long as I've been reacting to these two since they started their Gravity Falls reaction series. I've finally got the reaction I've been waiting for. As sus as Chance (which is all the time mind you) I finally get to hear him say at the end of that sequence of this movie is "tf is this" 🤣
