I felt the same about Brussel Sprouts since I didn't realize we were giving frozen as children. I don't know why I decided to try to prepare them fresh and now I'm hooked! Sautéed in garlic, onions, bacon, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar! Yessss!

I just did this but I used season salt and garlic powder and it was still delicious this is a quick way to make good spinach without the milk etc!❤

your commentary is so true, I hate it when I have to under spice things because others don't like garlic, etc. Thank goodness its just me and my husband now and he likes things just as garlicy as I do.

REALLY? I have tons of Jale I use for smoothies, but have never cooked it. And I love sautéed spinach, buy have never cooked it because I thought it was more difficult than this. But I buy the spinach/ kale mix for salads. Think I may give it a go

What a great mom you are trying to accommodate to your whole families personal tastes. My mom did the same. My dad and sister hated the consistency of cooked onions so she would put them in a food processor until they would be mush. This way the onion would disintegrate into whatever dish but still would flavor it. Lol Thanks for sharing! ❤ 😊
