Finally a real boxing channel. No special conditioning 🗑️ just good old training. Hagler, Sanchez, lamotta, duran, Mancini etc. 15 rounds and they did it with no balancing on a ball while touching their nose. 🥊
Good form on shadow boxing. Inspiring and I enjoy learning boxing and being more fit. I want to protect myself and the ones I Love. Ive had horrible experiences and never want to have the same situations again. Thankyou for your help from far away.
Great workout Chez! I just did 8 rounds before work with a weighted vest and 3 lb dumbbells for the shadow boxing except for the last round I didn’t use dumbbells and worked on speed and trying to throw as many combos as possible.

@@wizard5213 i actually like these shoes for runnning. not so much jumping rope. for jumping rope i actually like vans because they're a lot thinner and help me to feel the ground more
If you really want to test yourself, add it in after one of your workouts. For this I would suggest doing it on Wednesday(midweek) or Saturday morning. Also, try not to hit this consecutively. 2x per month should be enough if you feel you have a solid day to day regimen
Naw not trying to be a pro and best ever, maybe inside my head I will tell myself that. Jut got a heavy bag, just looking around at what people do in boxing and eventually Muay Thai.
