On May 11 2022, a large tornadic squall line with embedded QLCS circulations raced northeast across southern and central Minnesota, with numerous tornado warnings issued. Here was my experience of the storm approaching from my home in Savage, Minnesota as a tornado warning was issued. I set off my JDW-105 siren multiple times during the warning as the storm approached. The warning was issued for radar indicated rotation, but a CC drop showed up on radar after a little while in neighboring Carver County indicating a tornado on the ground. Luckily it didn't persist and was brief. By the time the storm got to us, it did not have a tornado on the ground but did have 60-70 MPH winds and small hail.
