I’m so glad I came across your video. I’m planning on moving to Savannah within the next year, and apartment hunting has been rough virtually.

I was in Savannah on vacation a couple of weeks ago. The city is beautiful. The people were so friendly. The food was beyond delicious. Then, I started thinking about moving there and came across your channel. Thank you for the apartment tour.

Good job... Savannah is a really nice city with plenty of living options and price ranges. I would suggest learning more about the city and its history especially the African American history.

Hey boo. Those first apartments are beautiful. 1500-2000 isn’t bad. Now ion know of I’d pay 2,000 for a 2/2 but like 1500-1800 is good.

12:35 is considered historic savannah area or you'll hear people say "downtown" alot.

A word of advice., which by the way, I base my opinion on persons by their actions and not where they are from or their ethnicity. Be cautious with regards to who will be your neighbors. I lived next to people from India who are in the computer technology field and ever since they moved in there has been nothing but trouble. I had issues with my WIFI and computer network being hacked. When I am online my connection constantly drops. Besides that about 5 people are living in a junior one bedroom which causes excessive noise at all hours. Additionally since there are so many of them they need to step outside and have phone conversations in front of other persons apartments causing a disturbance. They were repeatedly asked to stop but would not listen. When they used the laundry room they would leave the clothes in the machines for hours and even days sometimes. Meanwhile other people need to use the machines. They would not keep clean. Once an animal dropped turd right by their front door and they would not clean it up. The would constantly walk in and out and not have the decency to pick it up. This resulted in a fly problem in my house. And the problem did not subside until they moved out. Unfortunately these people have some kind of superiority complex where they think the shouldn't have to pick up after themselves and should get get everything cheap. Let me tell you, having technical training doesn't make you better.

Let me know if u find anything reasonable I have to move in 5 months & been driving myself INSANE
