Photos are required to sell most things, and property is no exception. Most of all, the photos must be accurate, not distorted by lenses or fancy photoshop gimmicks. In most cases an owner or listing agent can get quality photos themselves with a simple camera or phone, if they understand some basics of photography and tricks.
On large properties and estates, or commercial buildings, it pays to hire a professional, since so much money is involved and those types of properties have many features to consider.
