Little did we know that there's LED lights within the suit and somewhere hidden along the sleeve there's a dimmer switch that messes with those lights. So when one opposes Walter Melon(s) he can achieve maximum sparkle. Which he normally has to conserve due to budget and people want to have their sight.

This was so good I actually came up with my own character for this world! Arnold McDonald is the name. Plays the clown comedic relief in most shows. And he’s a drunk. Looks miserable all the time and his clown costume is all grungy and gross. You never see him with out a bottle and a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. And to describe his vibe... He would definitely use a toaster as a bath bomb.
