They could add a "Turn in Skin" option... something like you have the hero ok? then you press that option and it turns it into a skin, but you have to pay it (like if it's legendary it' 2.000 vbucks), and then the hero maybe could dissapear from your locker... or when you collect them in the collection book, you can turn them into skin but you just pay with vbucks...
