Hey XDG, I tried doing this with Cyberpunk 2077. I did all the steps as shown but when I'm going to re-add the save back to my PlayStation it still shows my original save and not the EU save when copying back to PlayStation Storage. Any suggestions? Thanks.
@WavyChris_ 1) Not sure if you did, but make sure you select load game (not continue) and see if you get the save content. Also, your personal save acts as a container for the donor save, you won't see a change in metadata until you load it. 2) Make sure you decrypt the donor save and not the recipient. Delete donor save after decryption and make sure you import the decrypted file from the donor. @@XDG Thanks for the rely. You were 100% right I never actually tried loading the save I just looked at the save in the load menu and saw that it was my save so I assumed it didn't work but actually loading it worked perfectly. Thanks man.
Has anyone ever had issues with this process seemingly going smooth, but then come time you copy the file to your ps4, load up the game and open the "Load Game" menu just to get the black screen with "There is no save data" ? I'm at a loss here... trying to recover accidental deleted progress for my son so any help is appreciated.
It might seem confusing at first but the main concept is each region acts as a ‘container’. You want to extract the raw data file (decrypted file) from one container (region) and transfer it to the next
I've tried it on Lego Harry Potter Year 1-4. I've tried to re-region a US Save to EU but it always ends up as "damaged" when i try to load it up in-game. I did it exactly as you show it. It overwrites my EU save on my ps4 but as soon as i want to load it up in-game it always ends up as "damaged".
Save Wizard PS4 MAX provides 1 key for 2 profiles, but can this key be switched constantly between my PC and my friend's PC? When we format the PC do we lose access to the key? Is the key specifically linked to a PC or can I change PCs multiple times?

So you can't use your save on the cloud if the game is from another region that you've previsouly played the game on and saved ? Exmpl : playing GOT from fr region Upload save to cloud Getting GOT from canadian region The save on the cloud don't work. I'm right ?
Yes 99% correct. Except the Canadian region is actually US. If the game is from another region like UK or AS, you'll need the game in the specific region on your console for that save to work
@@XDG i see , thanks a lot for your answer , i didn't know about that until i downloaded a game and couldn't load my save unfortunately, i think this is dumb the save should work whatever the game region is , anyway thanks a lot for your answer, i'm gonna try to apply your tutorial hope it will work
