Yep. There's a good number of states that have good deals like that. What are you saving the GI Bill for?

If you're a Texas resident and you use up your G.I. Bill the state of Texas pays for the rest of your degree through the Hazelwood Act

Definitely use some TA while in - with FAFSA. Then use VR&E for bachelor's if you qualify... Save the GI Bill.

Work part time, apply for FAFSA and get pell grant. Apply for scholarships. Use VR&... there are numerous options

@@jasonburds thank you for the information I’m on the boat as many others where I want to separate from the military or go Guard/Reserves to go to school full time but I am worried about paying bills and extra money 💴

These are all very different from one another. That's gotta make it hard to choose.

@@jasonburds I got a question do you need to pass the placement test to be eligible for the major u want or you need to qualify for it with with the score you get on the placement test?if you get a low score does the army still help you get the major you want?

1000% percent. Highly recommend to not use GI Bill for undergrad if you have long term education goals like this.
