Totally on the contrary, I always felt as if your hair was part of your look, but just that! When it's darker, your outfits stand out more (and it also looks gorgeous on you, obviously! & Styling is still wizardry to me.) You have such an iconic style and intense personality you could change anything and I think you'd still have a hard time hiding your identity hahaha.
