All the highly processed refined edible oils sold in India should be banned. Single source, cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive oil, and cold pressed sesame oil, are the only oils which should be used on dishes after cooking. No deep frying. Only water saute onions, garlic and ginger and vegetables for dishes.
Cow ghee, Buffalo gjee, coconut oil, these are very good for our health. Onion garlic, brinjal, tomato, potato, white sugar, white salt, refined oil creates all the problems and heart diseases. Stop consuming these immediately.
Dr.Pal excellent choice of topic and guest dr.Anup, what a humble man. Very informative. Dr.Pal as some gentleman has suggested in the comment section could u please make video on this discussion in tamil ,the key take ways. Looking forward more such videos

I usually watch your video immediately after its realsed but this one I had to watch on my PC as the sound quality was difficult on ears(maybe stereo) on my phone. So I had to keep coming back to PC to finish watching this. I use the same headphones Sony WH-1000XM5 on both devices so not sure what's the issue. Excellent content. Very informative.
I lowered my H1AC from 8 to 6.2 in 3 months (1) no medicine (2) meditation 25 min Art of Living Sky (3) Sugar/rice/wheat/fruit once in a week (4) dance/zumba 20 min (5) walk 10 min after every meal

My husband’s triglycerides was high. Was around 200. He reduced carbs consumption, did intermittent fasting, eat before 6 pm, mostly home cooked food, swim every week day His triglycerides came down to 122. Triglycerides 800 is v high. I hope ppl take action when they see such numbers All the actions we took is due to knowledge gained listening to Dr.Pal. Cannot thank him enough
Love hearing and watching your videos but pls make sound even. Your voice is audible normally but the guests voice is audible only in one earphone 😕😕😕 it’s a bit annoying. Please make guests voice audible in both ears. Thanks
Hi @dr.Pal … how do i check my gut health and see what are all the foods i am supposed to eat and so on… is there any hospital available in tamilnadu to test ? Can u show some insight on this ?
Very very good podcast. Very informative. I really loved it. I do take statins but some times I will get swellings on my thighs. I am pre diabetic now. My fasting sugar will be normally 100 and my PP will not increase much. It is normally below 110. I live in Singapore. My fasting is about 6 or 6.3. But after drinking the sugar syrup, my pP goes very high , usually abt 9. Mehta is the reason Mr Pal? My age is 61
stress to earn a lot of money, stress to buy a big house, stress to grow in career (as neighbours are judgmental), stress to send the kids to best college, stress to save money, stress to buy the best car, stress to keep family happy… in the end we don’t think of ourselves though we do everything that makes us happy!
"Dr. Pal, thank you for this informative video. This is a sensitive topic, especially for people with anxiety or thyroid issues, who may experience blood pressure fluctuations. After watching this, some might check their BP and, if it’s high, they may mistakenly think they have hypertension and start medication prematurely. In future podcasts, it would be helpful to address these nuances clearly. Consider discussing how anxiety, thyroid conditions, smoking, and drinking can impact BP. Additionally, there seems to be inconsistency among doctors on what is considered a normal BP range - some say 130/80, others say 140/80. Providing a clear guideline would be valuable. Lastly, it would be great if you could discuss lifestyle and dietary changes that can naturally help manage blood pressure.
Dr Pal is on right and Dr Anup is on left side of headphone. I think Dr Pal is trying something different. The problem is, as usual Dr Pal is loud and clear on right and Dr Anup is feeble in left. It is a difficult task to adjust the volume bar every time when Dr Pal start to speak. I have to remove the earbuds, when Dr Pal is burst out while laughing.
Main reason for increased heart attack is there is no one non invasive test to diagnoise blocks in arteries. If a test is there and thay can be regularly done like tests for sugar, lipids it will be gr8. Angiogram I am told cannot be performed regularly because of the dyes used.
Main reason for increasd heart attack is THE LACK OF SELF DISCIPLINE. May that be in diet (use of antioxidant rich natural foods), may that be in physical activities (optimally balanced strength agility and endurance training) or may that be in recovery (sleep, planned career breaks). Why aren't many tribal people passing away with heart attack???
Hello sir, My sister is 21 years old She has been diagnosed with this condition variable villous atrophy. The amount of food she consumes is as little that can be taken by 6, 7 year old kid . Dr Pal by following your video i have lost 11 kgs in the past 7 months and my PCOS has been reversed but nowadays I am facing a new problem ie whenever I sit for eating your face comes virtually and asks how much calories? Where is good protein ,how much carbs there in your plate and so on 😂😂😂😂 I don't know how to get over it, such a great inspiration your advice to take balanced diet 👍👍👍
Dr. Pal, I have questions for u. People started intake of food based on the amount of calories consuming with proteins, carbs, fibre etc.. How much amount of food can stomach store in one go? What is the size of stomach? How much of HCL released every day to digest that food?. I have come across people drinking 1L of water in one go. Is drinking water 4L a day really required for a person where we take more water from food?.

Myself Dr Mitesh Lodha, a Prosthodontist. Truly love your podcasts and its contents. A quick suggestion about this podcast, while hearing it over the earphones, the guest is audible only in the left ear-piece but not jn the right one. Thats why few viewers might be having an issue with the audio.
Very good discussion among 2 Doctors for educating the Indian community about heart problems, high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, loss of sleep etc. Blood pressure control is important, diabetes control is equally important. Salty foods are also causing for blood pressure. So we people have to change our life style by way of doing some physical work at homes, light exercises are beneficial factors to improve the life span. Better to consult the experts in difficulties. Thanks for bringing such type of discussions for educating people. 😮😮
Well articulated educative session to help us understand heart disease and its correlation to other health conditions. One little suggestion is to include visuals or whiteboard drawing to demonstrate the workings of the organ (heart, in this case).
dr.pal - please do one vegan + plant based diet. there are a lot of prominent vegan personalities like dr nandita from sharan. the amount of hate vegans get online and offline is quite sad.
