Who ever is saying that you only can get 4 people on your team is either lying, trolling, or they haven't even gotten that far into the game yet to already assume. I literally seen people have 10 person parties by now for the game.
@@nategreen716 I see that now. But still- it isn't entirely accurate. Dawko was also asking if later on in the game if you can have more on your team than just 4 either way.
Also Dawko just note when feeding your team you can press X and it feeds all of them food and it should take around 1200 rescued faces when you finish the game if you skip all the chest and everything Please like so dawko can see
I had that happen. It went as follows: Violet likes Serena. Jess likes Serena, too. Jess is my little sister’s Mii, with Violet being a Mii I created as a sort of love interest for my Mii.
I dont know if dawko will see this, but, not to spoil it, you will get opportunities to get more caracters on your team. Can i say that vanny helps us do that?
the second team usually came during a later part of the story. they were important for the ending of the game you'll 100% get 'em, so I'd prepare to train them haha

Its not changed for the switch version, i dont wanna spoil anything but just wait untill u save the princess like u did, also the royal portion of EXP gives one of yiur team members LOTS of XP to level up
In the 3ds version,even though it doesn’t have the add ins the switch has,I prefer it as you can get 3 teams and can switch around the team members. The last time I played since miitopia came out I was near the end in the volcanic area but I lost my charger so I haven’t played since. This is making me want to restart and make a new game!
The Switch version is identical to the 3DS version, being a port. I've completed the Switch version and can confirm that the story is actually identical. The people saying you can't get more than 3 team members are probably saying you can't have more than 3 in a party at once. But you can have up to 10 at the inn.
So I am a little behind in the lore. Venessa and Vanny... are they the same character? Also, in case you weren't paying attention, Bonnie and Chica stopped hating each other awhile ago, because one of your Pop Stars (Freddy I think) used the move "Love and Peace", which instantly makes a Mii stop being angry at another Mii. That is actually why having the Pop Star and the Chef is a great combo. The Chef learns some powerful moves that ends up making their teammates be upset with them, but the Pop Star can get rid of that hate with Love and Peace. (However, they can't use Love and Peace on themselves, so be careful! But that shouldn't be a problem since you have two Pop Stars!) And also, uh, spoilers "kind of", you do get more party members! Basically the best way I can tell you without truly spoiling true newcomers is: it is EXACTLY the same as the 3DS. Those who played Miitopia on the 3DS will know what I'm talking about. So... looking forward to when Foxy joins the team! Also, one final thing, and I do apologize if this is a spoiler (it will be a gameplay spoiler, nothing to do with the story): At relationship level 15, the horse will learn a VERY good move. HOWEVER, to my knowledge, the move can ONLY BE USED BY THE MAIN HERO (So in the case of this playthrough, only YOUR Mii, Dawko, can learn this move with the horse).
I love this series a lot! I play the 3DS version, it's super cool to see the differences between it and the Switch version. Keep up the awesome work Dawko!!
I don't know who said that you don't get anymore characters. The max number of characters you have before post game is 10 miis. 1 being the mii you choose for yourself
I looked up the answer (for how much characters you can have on your team) here you go: With few exceptions, you'll always find yourself with up to four party members in battle. You will eventually have ten party members join your adventure
Anybody else noticed that he actually wanted another bronze armor even though we had one and he wasn't going to be able to use it for anything else cuz Bonnie already had the armor.
