Please do a double DPS commentary, the only person I've been able to find who plays at a similar time to me is a hunter and we are forever stuck 1550. I know it's probably because we are bad at focusing the right targets, but i have to have hope that I'm not bad :^(
Have you checked out Pikaboo's latest video where he goes over 2s games from viewers? They are of a rogue, but he mentions some great points about mindset, target selection, reset timing etc:) Hunter Ret can climb high this season once you get into the rhytm! keep at it:D
Hey, I play the exact same comp, ret + hunter, and we were stuck at 1550 for a while too (we're now on our way to 1800). I don't really have any other tips besides just keep playing and making sure you take breaks when you start feeling frustrated. Also, keep in mind that everyone's "bad" at one point in their life too, you just gotta keep at it and don't quit, you're eventually going to get better!

1:22 did you assume your reckoning proc would be up by the time you do the dam or did it just align perfectly? also, do you take Sanctified Wrath instead of Final Reck against priests or just in general?
Awesome Vid Savix, I think I learned a thing or two here that I will 100% do in the future. Very new to your channel, do you do coaching or is there like a patron "watch my game" thing you do?
I mean, if you didn't lose definitely don't lose on purpose, but I think having a loss or two in there shows perspective for reflecting on a loss. Which is probably one of the harder things to do. Otherwise, overall I liked it, 25% in the middle not being commentary was kinda weird, but still overall liked it.
Thanks for the video man! A question: Why not use Final Reckoning instead of Sanctified Wrath? Since we can kill in our burst windows (every one minute) Final Reckoning gives that option. It also gives benefits while on cd. Your thoughts?

Love the commentary idea, love the gameplay. Cant help but feel if you did voice over after the game instead of during, it might allow for a little more grace when talking about set up and what not. Either way great vid, please keep this stuff coming!
I'm returning to the game after 7 years away and just learning Ret pally....at 12:50 what is the reason for cancelling the BoP rather than leaving it? Is it because the mage can klepto it?
i feel like during my opener with the GCD im dead before popping my buffs (wings, seraphim, pvp trinker for +crit, final reconing for +50% damage - - and once all thats popped i try to divine toll into hammer and a 5 pt final verdict) - - am i way off on the opener? should i be saving those for a later point in game once trinkets and defensives are popped from opponents?
Do you think Unbound Freedom could be better then hand of hindrance in 2v2s? Being able to freedom your partner and having an undispellable freedom seems nice
Which add on shows the debuffs and certain abilities on the enemy health bar? Like when you hoj or when a spriest fades the icon shows next to their healthbar
Man, you've really improved over the years. I remember queueing into you (I main ret as well) in like mop and wod and being like "this guy is straight dogshit why does he make videos" but when you actually make a video without 19 fucking anime references per second, you're really good at the game and it's obvious watching you think on the fly. More videos like this would be sick!
Why do you play Eye for an Eye vs other Rets? It only reduces Physical damage which we don't have much of, and the reflected damage is extremely low right now
Why du you have all the skills multiple times in your bars? For example bubble? U can use bubble only in one way and thats on you. Why twice? And are the others target macros? For example the stun? Or the heal?
