@@madisonpeacock5986 Miss America started in 1920's then Miss USA was born in 1950's because the Miss America winner refused to pose for the swimsuit and the swimsuit sponsor created the Miss USA and Miss Universe.
The other two were much prettier. Even that tall singer judge was pretty. This woman is very ordinary. But I guess she's supposed to represent America.
Hey it’s a good thing that looks don’t determine who wins the title. The point is to pick a role model, and even if you think savvy is “ordinary”, she is extremely gorgeous to me and an excellent role model and that’s all that matters.
the winner is representing all women of america that means shes relatable, shes not a typical celebrity like Miss USA. Miss America is more on a TED talk, visiting universities around the states and raising scholarship money.
