Saw Mill Log Flume Front Row POV | Six Flags Great Adventure 

I went on this in July....1984

You can see in this video what they did the last two years. From all the cold winters and warm summers the ride was breaking down. Not only the mechanicals but the flume itself. The flume is no longer blue but brown where they replaced fiberglass to stop the water from leaking out. They also bolted on plates to hold pieces together. I am glad they saved this ride and restored it. On a hot day in NJ it is a lot of fun to ride. Even the ride managers are nice!

I love this ride . Reminds me of my childhood . Classic flume and one of the most scenic rides in the park in my favorite themed area. Best of the west is my favorite dining spot also

Like a classic chain lift. Too the boat hitting the side's on every turn scraping by. Love log flume rides. Before coasters it was the adrenaline high at amusement park's but I still love them so much

This was absoleutly pure fun! I enjoyed every minute of it especially on a hot summer day.

I've enjoyed this ride as a kid, with my kids, and hopefully one day, grandkids. Great ride!

There’s no thing to hold on to and I felt like I was gonna die on the drop-

Standing on the bridge got you wetter than any ride in the park as a kid

My other favorite rides there are Congo Rapids, Skull Mountain, and Runaway Mine train! Great rides.

Man I remember going on this so much when I was younger, my brothers and I would always get on and before a drop we’d just yell “WE’RE ALL GONNA DIEEE” just to get a reaction LMAO

In summer 2016, I used to smoke Disco Spinach 420 (jazz cabbage) and ride this. It was so much fun.

Went on this ride and my soul left my body on the last drop 😭

I loved this ride so much as a kid but boy those hills are shakey! I’d be scared to ride that now as an adult I get nervous being so high up.

For a log flume, it's a good ride. The problem is it totally lacks themeing.

If you go to Theme parks in Europe, you will never see people posted along the flume route (ie: top of lift hill) standing there silently staring at you are you go by. They only have workers in the loading station. Here in America, it's like ""big brother is watching you" LOL

Lol I went on this ride with my brother on September 14th

The audio is clipping on this video. I've been on that flume and not once did it shake like that. Also, there are other videos of this same ride and there was no lift hill shaking, nor bad audio clipping.

Fun fact- While riding this, I saw on the sidewalk of the park, there was a DEER.

Sadly right now that ride is closed but its gonna come back on the 50th Anniversary

Every park in the US, is getting rid of rides that anyone can go on! Cedar Point only cares about thrill seekers, what about generations, who've come there for years? Just sad!!

Not for nothing but at the 2:00 mark when you passed by that pretty looking girl employee, if that was me I would've shouted at her and said "Hey there pretty lady, care to join me??? There's plenty of room??"😇😇😉😉 But that's just me. Anyway, oh man I love this ride!!! I sure as hell miss coming to this place!!💦💦 I might just hitchhike one day when I become too desperate to wanna come back here to Great Adventure.

Many boobie squeezes happen on these rides, especially ones that go through dark tunnels.

This ride looks old and worn out…..it needs to be redone completely. Some of those safety barriers are bent and or broken….👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 5 thumbs down……
