Dude it just amazes me how you squeeze every inch out of a log! Very little waste, even on those ones with the big butt swell! Keep up the good work buddy! Keep those videos coming, I’ll keep watching!!
First, nice saw action. Smooth and steady. BTW say hello to your grandpa and the rest of your family. I wish you all the health and happiness that this old world can give. I see that "Old School is still running like a top.
Another owesome video bto, just dont loose youre touch whole the channel grows, i mean continue to be you, simple guy one off us , best of luck later bro
Great video 👍 That last log was huge. I would like to see a top down angle video at some point. I don't know if your ceiling height is high enough though.
When that last big chunk came off the front end of that last log, I felt some serious satisfaction. That is one beastly motor. How many amps does it draw during normal operation? I imagine there are eight motors on the mill itself: four to drive each blade, one to drive the carriage, one to drive the turner, one to drive the hydraulics, one for the conveyor. Then on the intake rail, you’d probably have at least two more: one for the debarker, one for hydraulics. Wonder if I got that right?
One side actually ended up being not Face. And I just missed a couple on this one that’s all😅 they’ll just milled down anyways. Also, one of the pully wheels to my laser light has worn through one side and quit spinning, causing the laser light cable to really wear and stretch😬 It’s about to break and I’ll probably need to fix it tomorrow. But it’s stretched nearly an inch and I will show that:)
