Oh love what I seen it looks epic from what I can gether it takes place between Saw I and II and is going more into how John recruited Amanda.

Like what I saw, and anything after SPIRAL will hit big 🤘🏼 As with Scream franchise, hope it ultimately ends on a good note but keeping a ? mark around

I'm happy it's going back to the beginning with John Cramer as it was starting to jump the shark big time.

So my understanding is that this one takes place between Saw and Saw 2 and it will also have Hoffman appearing. *If it's Halloween it must be Saw...*

Oh man, Halloween 2023 is turning out to be the best one in years. Horror is back, Jigsaw is back! This makes up for missing movies because of Coronavirus!

It takes place between the first two. In a way, it actually adds some more context to how he was able to orchestrate getting the house set up in part 2 (him being an architect and having Amanda help set everything up). To answer your last question: I'll be there opening night. I've been around since around when part 2 dropped. It's my guilty pleasure series (though the original will never be topped).

It’s going to be set between Saw and Saw II. And *potential spoilers* I’m calling it now. These people might all start out in Mexico, but I think he’s going to have them sent to the old Gideon warehouse to go through their traps. We know from the trailer that at least one new person will somehow be in the original bathroom, so it’s not out of the question for the Gideon building to make a comeback as well, and it’s also a way to fix the continuity of Erickson’s line from Saw V that “OVER a dozen dead bodies” were removed from the Gideon building, when in fact on screen we only saw 10.
