I love this song! In my opinion the song's composition is dystopic in sound and for me it seems like the lyrics are portraying the singer's feelings of trying to break out of that dystopia. The usage of German for this song is something I love, (even though it is apparently very butchered German) as German is one of my favorite languages (along with Japanese; with both their respective countries being also among my favorites of Earth's nations). I also think that the singer herself is perfect for this song and it being butchered German actually makes it sound even greater! Definitely is among my favorite songs of Sawano Hiroyuki for sure! -Alankuhaa Samuelkah Fischum Eircaru PS In regards to the picture is that I have watched the anime of Youjo Senki (and love it quite a bit) albiet I do prefer the manga because of it's artstyle and story in general better fitting the series. Tanya herself is about the only atheist I like in a story (I am myself a diehard Christian, albiet with different ideas of things compared to all other Christians while still adhering to the Bible more closely than most Christians do nowadays). I do love Youjo Senki but please do not make my comment section a war about Tanya's gender as I do not care about such things and I have much more tolerance for such "genres" compared to most but I still dispise "lost gender identity" or other such things so just please do not war about such things in my comments! Ah fuck, they conjugated "kämpfen" wrongly.. when talking about "du" (you) it'll (in most cases) get the suffix "st" which is why it should have been "Ich werde niemals aufgeben, weil du mit mir zusammen bis zum Ende kämpfst." I mean, it is just mildly infuriating when it comes to such small things you know?
@@celty5858 then it would have been better to instead use a synonym with the needed syllables like "fechtest". Mistakes are natural (my grade in Latin is proof of that...) But it is always good to have someone to point them out
Good song but as a german, i needed the subtitles to even realise they sing german. The Pronounciation is so far off i bet no german recognises it as german at first.
why is sawano hiroyuki so obsessed with german and why do they never use germans for the german lyrics, because the german in this song is really broken and sometimes barely understandabele
Actually now that i listen to it again i would say it's actually not that bad, once i started to read the lyrics to it it wasn't too far away and you could understand most of it
The song def not from Re:Creators even through Sawano did work on it, and there no Sawano that worked on Sengoku Basara musics. I'm actually interested in the answer, song is awesome, especially for a Hiroyuki so I thought I should watch the anime
