If you have electronic ignition on that motor then it could be going out causing the skipping. When the ignition gets hot it's causing intermediate firing to the spark plugs causing it to skip and miss
I’d try changing fuel lines they could be vapor locking when it warms up. After that I’d clean or replace the carburetor. If it’s fuel injected could be bad injector. And yeah when comes down to it WM is no help at all. Did your mill come out of Newnan Georgia?
@@PatrickShivers I’m not a fan of kohler engines myself had 1 blow on a zero turn with 30 hrs but I see the black smoke it may be carb issues or running rich
@@TheCarhartt1 it’s got EFI. I’ve replaced the EFI since video….no change. I have now replaced every part of the fuel & electric systems except the main computer. It is on order now.
I hear that if you keep pushing that thing like that it’ll make your children born naked 😂. Ended up replacing the carburetor on mine. Acted similar to yours. Judging by how much smoke it’s putting out 2:33 highly possible its fuel related.
It’s electronic/fuel related. When under a load it starts sending to much fuel and won’t stop until it has been cut off and cooled down. I’ve replaced sensor, coil, and plugs.
@@PatrickShivers O2 sensor would be a suspect. But if you’ve changed it already. Not sure if those engines have a knock sensor but that or an engine temp sensor giving incorrect readings could cause that. If it’s air cooled engine probably has a oil temp sensor instead of coolant temp
Emphasis on the word “Work.” Saw milling is a lot of work. When customers want 19’ long by 2” thick oak boards for their trailer floors I consider telling them I don’t saw anymore. 😂. Green 2” thick oak boards that are trailer length are well over 100 pounds each. I think Wood Mizer is the best brand.
