Karen can always tell if I stoped and got lunch lol . I’ve been focused on getting the pile of logs thinned down lately as they were really adding up . We need the lumber for more pallets anyway but I’ve been saving out the big logs to saw some wide pine boards probably go on to doing that perdy soon .

Got some nice looking lumber. That white birch is great wood for here I snag up anytime I can. It a yard try lot them are dying off. Great to see the fire wood stands are doing good. Keep up the good work.
The lumber is starting to add up . I want to be around 2-3 hundred cord a yr so we need a lot of pallets made to be able to hit them numbers . For some reason people around here don’t like to see birch in there loads so I use it for ourselfs at home .

Phil I have learned something about women. A if you do one load of laundry it is like flowers to a female. Do the dishes it is like chocolates. Do both and make her dinner just because. The results can be amazing. Have a great day. Love the antics.
Oh my, I’d love it if he did that! One, he can’t operate the washer/dryer…he doesn’t even know which one is which! He also doesn’t know where the dishwasher is. And I’d be really hesitant to eat whatever he might try to cook! Lol. He does have a lot of good qualities though, just not any of those! 😂

Well, this TGIF Phil’s been doing things around the house for the baby shower tomorrow…routine has to go with the flow depending on what’s happening! But you’re right, he’ll still be working til dark!
Tree guys are all busy this time of yr so I just keep bringing it in . Once they slow down I should have a good stock pile to keep me busy for a while .
That’s just a normal day here lol . I try and go in one direction and she’s trying to go in another . We always seem to get it done at the end of the day and have fun messing with each other along the way .
We don’t live at the woodyard, so there’s not a good way to transport the chunks to home and be able to unload them when the tractor is at the woodyard. It would be a lot of back and forth and time and gas, etc. The ice cream was a bonus! 😂

Phil, if you want to understand women, you need to figure out why pizza is baked round, put in a square box, and served in triangular pieces. Look Karen right in the eye and say, "yes dear" and things will get better for you. You guys worked hard on that kindling. Sorry it isn't working out as well as you hoped. It is horribly hot in Ohio too. I have cut a few loads, but I come in soaked in sweat and covered in sawdust.
That’s a good start Jim! But when he says Yes, Dear things don’t always go so well 😂 Sure was a lot of time put into that kindling, hopefully it will turn around but if not, lesson learned I guess. The heat just broke here, boy it was brutal. Not real fun sweating and getting covered in sawdust. Take it easy!

I tend to focus on getting stuff done and Karen makes sure the bills get paid . Between the 2 of us it all works out. We do like to have fun messing with each other but it’s all in fun and we wouldn’t have it any other way .
