Mark miller is a god of song writing I did not know his story till Bobby bones aired it.... My mother loved this song and got me hooked... Mark miller and the rest of Sawyer brown your music is timeless!!!!

To me, it is nothing but a musical industry injustice that this butt kicking awesome band was never once even nominated for the CMA and ACM Entertainer of the Year awards. (shaking my head in sheer and SEVERE disgust) God bless you and every member always!!! Holly in East Tennessee

The first time I heard of Sawyer Brown, was wen I use 2 work as a housekeeper , he came on in CMTvideo,and he was singing the race is on. I had 2 dtop what I was doing and watched him sing and dance, I tried 2 keep up with his dance, I stopped and just watched him sing and dance. Man I fell n love with him. WOW!!!

I envy you. I have only seen them twice and the first time took place at a venue that didn't have as big of a stage. That was in either 1993 or 1994. My second time seeing them was in 2005 and sadly I was way too far away and so I pray that I am able to see them at least one more time some day. God bless you always!!! Holly in East Tennessee P.S. Okay technically I've seen them three times, but my very first time was when I was only three or four and it was only for a few minutes because all that I did was cry over how loud the music was. (embarrassed)

This weekend is the gatornationals in Florida Gainesville I'd love to go 10 NHRA bent again a cost a lot of money to do that cost at least $2,500 to go to one you got to have hotel room and then you got to have a ticket to get into the race but every ticket is a pit pass and I would love to see Sawyer Brown on John Force's cars

I remember when this video was being shot. It was a big to do. You couldn't get downtown at all, (not like there was any reason to go downtown then). And then half of the shots of the town were cut out in post production. It really made it seem like a big build up for nothing. Good song by a good band though.

I like to ask a favor Sawyer Brown we have a 48 passenger van would like to use for the national Square Dance convention in Mobile Alabama this year they told us it cost cost $5,000 to rent it and then joining if you know somebody in the country world that could pass that for us so we can use it in June it's the last week in June it's at Mobile Alabama this year is somebody could do that for us in the country world would really like it
