Kid Danger 13 Bullet Punch is a move with +1 priority, while most moves have a priority of zero. During a turn, if one move has a higher priority than another, the move with higher priority always goes first.

And what if Charizard gets switched out during the turn Clawitzer uses the Z Move? As if you let a fire type get hit by a water move in the first place.

Matthew Hecht The Alain player made some questionable plays as well. Main one is staying in with Tyranitar vs Slurpuff that already basically OHKOd Bisharp with Drain Punch when Charizard would resist that and Slurpuff's Fairy moves, basically just letting his Tyranitar die for no reason

tehame fazeelath dragon type moves are super effective against dragon types. Its base power is 80, but since Mega Charizard X is part dragon type, it gets a STAB increase (Same Type Attack Boost) by 1.5, changing it to 120. But since Mega Charizard X's ability is tough claws, it increases the power of moves that involve hand punching (such as Brick Break, ThunderPunch, Dragon Claw) by 37.5%, again changing from 120 to 165. And since it is 2 times effective against Salamence, it doubles to 330, making it enough to knock out Salamence

Special Aegislash is very common since you are not effected by burn or Intimidate. The only real downside of a special set is the missing SD and Shadow Sneak. But I don't think that you can really say that one set is better it depends hardly on the team composition and situation. I like the sepcial set with Shadow Ball, Flash Cannon, HP Ice and King's Shield more. But like I said it's really dependent from the situation which set is better. Hope this helps you to understand my choice :)

Sure, i get it... the problem is that the Swords Dance set would have probs won him the match as he would have dealt with Metagross rather quickly. The fact he wasted a Meteor Mash meant you could use two Swords Dances in a row and one-shot with Shadow Sneak, which would have dealt with the pokémon that effectively lost you the match. :/ But it's all okay in the end, i just kinda hate Alain in general, think he wasn't nearly as well-written as he should have been and didn't deserve to win a thing and seeing everyone just kinda go "woo, he won, he's so great, he should wipe the floor with everyone, he should win the whole thing" and shit kinda sent me in a fucking rampage. Sorry for the mean words :( tbh i was angry because i couldn't see the niche you pointed out being that useful, as Aegislash is literally the perfect setup whore, but i'm surprised, a good amount of special sets do exist. It's just that it failed here, unfortunately. :/
