Saxman Totem Park, Totem Bight SHP, & Potlatch SP - Revillagigedo Island, AK 

June 14, 2023 - Took a short bus ride from Ketchikan to Saxman Village. Admired the Tlingit Totems that line the entrance, then watched Tribal Dancers perform inside the Clan House (lucked out to see it with a cruise ship tour group. Can buy a $5 ticket from the gift shop). A Tribal Elder narrated the significance of several totems and pointed out flora and fauna on a short wooded trail before watching Master Carver's at work in the Carver's Shed. Rode the bus 12.5 miles N to Totem Bight SHP to look at its clan house and 20 totems on the .5 mile loop trail. Potlatch SP is nearby and very worthwhile. For more info:
