Charlie is also a dead crip from Mitchels, so lee basically saying that he gonna revive Charlie while spinnin. “Still go to the cafe for a number 13, but that’s just the jayrip special”- Jayrip was a 13 yr old crip doa member who was shot outside of angel cafe. He crawled into the cafe tryna be revived but he ended up passing away.
