I make liver pate and then freeze it in my ice cube tray. When we use ground beef (which we do a lot) I'll throw a few cubes in to mix with ground. You have no clue it's there! I've been sneaking liver into my husband's diet with this method 😂
The recipe I go off of is by Wholesome Yum. She has it titled Chicken Liver Pate but I use beef. Beef liver was my baby's first solid food other than meat stock so I started with just using liver, water, garlic, and bacon grease until she was older and now I include raw cream. My personal opinion is that liver is absolutely terrible but if you mix it with ground beef you can't taste it at all.
