This is a more in depth video showing you inside and outside of Walter, my 1993 Swift Kontiki while at a nice and quiet park up in Génave, Spain. He’s based on a Talbot Express 2.5l TD with a whopping 95 bhp ! when I got him last October 2022 he only had 55k miles on the clock, he’s had all new timing belts, pulleys and water pump ready for our journey from Preston, Lancashire to Morocco and back and then onto who knows !!!

Walter's a beauty mate. Even if you had any major repairs (but hopefully you won't), you'd still be so much ahead of the price point on newer and new models and like you say, man Walter is very spacious. Well done. I'm wondering if you removed the unused fridge if you could fit the Alpicool in there on some slide rails.

Many thanks ! Yep that’s the plan to get rid of the old fridge as it’s a heavy beast and slot the fridge in its place , that’s next springs project !!

WHAT A COZY RV CAMPER/ very similar to mine. Great idea about leaving the trailer hitch in to protect camper in case someone backs into you. i'm going to do the same.

Great layout and loads of storage 👌. Ive been looking at the little diesal heaters for Netty, are they easy to fit and use? Definately prefer the older vans ❤

@@carol_ann_living.in.the.moment Walter is the best !! Dead easy to work on and full of character 😂 Diesel heaters are brilliant and cost peanuts to run and use very little power , and very easy to fit, with what you’ve done on your van so far fitting a diesel heater will be a piece of cake !!
