I think there is nothing wrong with what she’s been wearing. The fact that we are supporting her doesn’t mean we can tell her what to or what not to wear . What she wears is totally fine .
She's in transition from her old state to a new one. So in introducing her back to us (viewers etc) there's the need to be decently dressed not the other way round. Mind U the way U dress is how people accord U. (My take pls)

Also, I would like you to assist her in what she intended to do or both of you should think about what she can do that will be rewarding to her in the future after leaving the REHAB CENTER. Please, take her as your sister and help her out as you're doing. I strongly believe she needs you and will continue to need you. To conclude, let her know that God loves her for a lot of people went through that path and never recovered again. Hence she should give her life to JESUS CHRIST for greater opportunity and blessing.
