I'd have to agree. Moa is doing an outstanding job vocally singing both her own and Yui's parts, but what made the two backing vocalist/dancers special was how their TWO voices harmonized with each other, especially on Black BabyMetal songs. Riho being an accomplished vocalist herself, in addition to being a good dancer, makes her an excellent choice to take Yui's place. ( I hate saying replace Yui because no one can truly be replaced)
Riho has great vocal like SuMetal .. She can really sing .. Riho still adjusting , but put her in sub vocal .. babymetal have to adjust on riho's vocal .. But who knows .. maybe in near future ..
@@makkii9265 yeah she's a strong vocalist. Not quite as strong as Su, but she's more a soloist. Moa has a gentler voice so that would be hard to blend but totally doable. That's why Yui was special. The two of them synced up so well you couldn't tell which was singing, or if both of them were singing, or it was a godamn dub lol. Riho would almost be a better partner for Su, but she for sure has the chops to blend with Moa. She's way too accomplished to just be a backup dancer. Though she was experiencing voice burnout for a while, that's why she left MM. So maybe she prefers it that way. I hope Koba puts her in though.
@@lovefrompraha .. Riho's voice can effects babymetal sound as a band .. Su's Voice really fits as a front woman of band .. In riho's case she has a soloist voice.. she has anime op/ed voice that suit for a anime soundtrack..
@@makkii9265 true I guess. Though I think that NOW since Moa has matured in voice, that Riho could blend with her. It might just be a tonal thing. She does have a deeper voice than Moa though. In fact, she almost reminds me of a young and more energetic Utada Hikaru. But like I said, sound balancing, and structuring of songs in particular can make that work easily
