Another ignorant Calvin hater troll. Please educate yourself. Begg isn't preaching a false gospel and isn't a false preacher. Of course we are not saved by works we are only saved by the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Period. We are not saved by works we are saved by Grace. However once saved we become different people and we are to live like different people and we are changed by the Holy Spirit to want to do the will of God and the works that he has prepared for us to do before the foundation of the world. The works that we do once saved are what we will be judged by - what are eternal rewards will be once in Heaven. God did not save us and fill us with the Holy Spirit so that we could live like the same unsaved people that we were before. Once filled by the Holy Spirit we are changed and we want to do good works for Jesus. But we understand and know in our hearts that these works are not going towards salvation, because we are already saved as a free gift from God. These works are to determine our gifts for all eternity. 😊

@@L.Fontein7 I have 50 years of Deep Bible Study,,Thats why I can easily see he is a false teacher,I am not arrogant and nor any kind of hater as you say,,I am just very Biblically educated ,Yes the Holy Spirit does work within us to make us a better person after a person has faith,,but it is not of our own works that we are saved ,We don't become different people,,,Trying to be good to and help others is the main good works we should have,,,but this is after salvation though faith,,Should not have the thought that good works is proving our faith

Alistair Begg does not preach salvation through works. Good works are simply the evidence of being born again...we are new creation in Christ according to 2 Corinthians 5:17 - "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." We want to do good works to serve God and others because of what Christ has done for us.

@@CharlieBrown-xq4gu,,the main good works is to love and help others,,but works in no way help with or prove your faith to help with salvation,,when we are doing good works we are saved already by faith,,salvation is not earned by good behavior,,,nor is a salvation confirmed by good behavior,,I have over 50 years of intense Bible study that is why I can see what he says wrong in his statements,,Your faith may very well be genuine,,,but you are following false teachers,,and alot of these radical evangelicals use the word Born Again as a radical change in life or a finding of God,,but in the Bible it means something TOTALLY different,,,it happen after a person passes away,,,A person must be transformed from flesh to spirit to enter the upper part of the Hadean Realm (paradise) them eventually Heaven,,,So Born Again is the process of us going from a physical body (flesh) to a spiritual body ,,Thats why in the next verse after Born Again in the Bible it says never marvel over the statement Born Again because as we are in the flesh we cannot possibly understand this transformation
