If you had a hard time watching this, you'll have 5x more harder time watching it performed live at ASAP. But it'll be 100x harder when you see their performance on their concert. That's just full on attack mode.

The shower scenes are all Josh. Stell's scenes are everything that has food and drinks on it. It seems like they referenced different senses and scenes. For Stell, it's sense of taste.
