When getting into SB19, I usually don't recommend MVs since people tend to compare these to the K-Pop standard, and that can sometimes impede a fair assessment of the talents overflowing in this group. Instead I highly recommend that you first check out Dance Practice/ Full Choreography videos to their bop tunes GO UP, ALAB, LOVE GOES, WHAT (original and soldier versions). To appreciate their emotive vocals, watch their live performances of the songs TILALUHA (on the TM Pusuan Love Show), HANGGANG SA HULI, IKAKO (both on the Wish Bus) and the massive hit MAPA (on Kalayaan 2021). SB19 is under a South Korean company and trained with the South Korean method. They were trainees for around 3-4 years before they did their debut. They did live performances in mall tours and concerts before the pandemic.

This is pre-recorded because it was during pandemic. I think having a good pronunciation is always good when singing a different language so people will understand: otherwise, it will just sound like a mumble and confuse the listener. You may want to check out their new song Bazinga but it only has a lyric video for now. It's almost all english song. They're always good in live performances and I hope you can watch their performances. They trained for 3 years under a Korean event company base in the Philippines. 3:43 I agree 110% SB19 covered songs before in Spanish, Korean and Chinese. They used to cover Korean songs and dances and there were very good at it. Spanish, it's given fact this language is easier for Filipinos to learn. The Chinese, they talked about this in an interview it was so funny and sad at the same time because they said they were experiencing mental breakdown because they have to memorize the Chinese lyrics in a short span of time. And I'm sure they pulled it off like a pro because their work ethics are just impeccable.

You're so right. They're people you can easily vibe with when you see them walk along the streets. Some fans posted photos of them meeting a member in a street, a mall, or a store and they were really approachable. A lot of people became a fan not just because of their talents but also because of their personality as seen on the interviews and in their vlogs.

English, Tagalog,korean, Japanese, Chinese,spanish. They make their own songs and they are also the one who choreograph it. They are super talented and very humble, All in one package. They were the first Filipino boys group who undergo a Korean training. It was Josh who was in the middle in the opening of their song 😁

I just want to say I already saw them 3 times live and they are better at live performances... Whatever you are seeing right now, is way more bone chilling hair raising goosebump building experience. I might be exaggerating but thats how I felt and back then they only have a few songs so they been repeating performances but they always make things like its your first time seeing them.

3:40 totally agree 6:32 yeah many reactors liked how Tagalog or Filipino sounds. Most reactors I've watched, loved how Filipino language sounds in rap songs. Some (specially people who can speak spanish) also appreciates it more becoz our language has Spanish words.

When they started training in 2016, they were already seasoned dancers, it was only improved further.

They trained I think for 2 years without receiving allowances sort of. Their first viral song/performance "GO UP" did not really went viral at first. You may watch Toni Gonzaga's interview of SB19. There they tell all... fyi

Yes they're really approachable and very kind too. We have this thing called MENPA which means Mention Party on twitter and we would just tag them on our tweets and they would randomly answer anyone especially when they're really active at that moment (we would usually ask questions and even stuff like confusing parts on their songs because Pablo's lyricism will always make you think and he would answer and explain...he would even tease us that we don't get it 😂) and they also randomly like tweets from us 3 of them does live gaming streams... Josh - reads a lot of comments and do shout outs Ken - reads too and would mischievously answer back 🤣 Pablo - on the other hand doesn't or avoids to focus on the game BUT he is very loud and talkative while playing 😂 so everyone still gets entertained... Justin has his own RU-vid channel 😊 Stell is more active on Tiktok and interacts with fans their too.

call me old..but Love goes gives me 90s boyband vibe...the likes of west live, in sync...even back street boys...

Yeah.. one of the strength of all idol group that came from the Philippines is their skills in speaking English language fluently.. Maybe its not that a Big deal but its very useful in terms of international interviews and in making songs to promote and penetrate into western music..

They Practiced; singing and dancing, etc., for 3 years without pay before debuting in 2018, they practiced rigorously like the Song Go Up, they practiced the dance choreography 1000 times before performing it in public.😊

SB19 was already nominated in Billboard music Award 2021 in Top social Artist category with Ariana grande, BTS, Black Pink and Seventeen👍😊💙 and also their Pepsi commercial with kathniel and mimiyhuu launch LED Billboard in New York times Square 😊💙

*They don't have much live performances in front of live audiences.* They went viral on Sept 2019 after they released the Dance Practice for "Go Up" (2nd Single), someone posted it on twitter and that is how people knew them. After that, guestings, mall shows, and interviews are done by them. After 5 months, pandemic happened, on March 2020, so live performances are prohibited. They actually have 10 free concerts nationwide at that timd but it was cancelled due to the pandemic. The boys said that they really missed performing in front of people because the cheers are hyping them up to perform and give more. I just hope we will soon get through this pandemic to watch SB19 perform live :)
