I watched some international reactions in The First Take - MAPA. Mostly are hoping to see the 2nd song in English or mix English and Filipino . That is why Gento is easy to relate to coz some lyrics are in English. This is a constructive criticism so hopefully A’tin will not be sensitive about it. This would help SB19 to understand and hear suggestions. Dont take it against me or any people who admire the group but not A’tin. The vocals are superb no doubt about that.

@@iflipover Hi! The story of how I found SB19 isn't that complicated, - I heard Gento in a RU-vid Short almost 2 months ago and googled the song because it sounded like something I'd like. That led me to finding the music video, and I was completely blown away because it was so unlike anything I'd ever seen before from a boy band. Everyone stood out and was equally talented. I went down a rabbit hole of watching their music videos, live stages, and Wish Bus performances. The music was definitely the first thing that hooked me in, but what made me want to keep coming back for more was their personalities, love for their fans, and passion for what they do. 💝

Yes! I love his voice. People seem to dismiss him just because he doesn't have PabKenTell's range. You don't have to sing the highest or lowest notes to be a good singer - you work with your range. Justin's voice quality is so good. Sarap sa ears. Even with other groups, I tend to pick the one whose vocal tone I like the best since I really love and prefer clear tones. They're not necessarily the main vocalist either. Sometimes that person has a high voice and sometimes it's low. I must say, I have a weakness for the altos in girl groups.. then again it also depends on the vocal tone too if it passes my test .

Yes, I also like justine's voice. All of them have their own unique voice, kumpletos recados. Sila yung gusto mo sabay-sabay mapakinggan. ❤

Agree. This song just proves that this is the type of music that suits Justin's voice. Agree too with Josh. When you hear it, you just hear it. It's not only in this live performance of Liham. I've noticed it too in other performances of Liham during their tour. It doesn't happen all the time. This song is a challenge for Josh just like how Gento and Crimzone are for Justin. It's good that they're taking on this challenge so they can push themselves and get better. It's not always going to be perfect but the important thing is they're trying and they're not afraid to go for it live.

Yes, I agree. Josh's voice was a bit shaky and kind of straining to hit the high notes. He has improved a lot, though, compared to previous years. I hope he can find more effective techniques that will suit him to avoid straining his voice. It's not going to be good in the long run for his voice box. As for him harmonizing, MAN, I thank God that the sound mixing in this WB was kinda off coz I can clearly hear him wonderfully holding his note and blending so well! Only in SB19 that we have a rapper who can harmonize like it's nobody's business. For Justin, once again, thanks to the issue with the sound mixing, I clearly heard his low notes while harmonizing. I didn't realize he was doing the low notes until this WB performance. Now, I'm remembering their BAKIT BA IKAW where he showcased this side of him doing the low notes for the first time. As for his solo, his voice is so heart-warming and soothing. You can feel the emotion pouring out. Liham is the kind of song that can be in a musical and I do believe Justin's voice is so well suited in this genre that's why his voice clicked with Liham. As for Ken, Stell and Pablo.. As always, this trio is amazing. I'm at a loss for words to describe how good they are. Their voices are just captivating because they're not just excellent vocalists, they're also such great storytellers which is a typical SB19 trait. They are so on point in delivering the emotion of the song. Good vocals plus good storytelling is a lethal combination that will surely give you goosebumps and feeling all the feels.

Kung baga tamang timpla. Hindi sya cringey na overdramatic or too shallow na kulang sa emotions. Most of the time, the musical arrangement doesn't fit the lyrics but with LIHAM and ILAW, the words and accompanying music are blending well together. Example: "Pa'no kaya kung hindi tayo nagkita". You can hear how the music changed to a quietly wistful and contemplating tone. Kaya hanga talaga ako kay Pablo. Right now, he can already be considered as a legendary composer and music producer. And then there's SB19's phenomenal talent in storytelling. How they convey the message through their singing is so on point and powerful. They know how to bring out that emotion with just the vocals alone but even more when they do a live performance because they are always in the zone and feeling the song. It shows in their facial expressions. No wonder many foreign reactors who don't know the meaning of the song can't help but shed a tear or two. Mark my words, SB19 ballads will be an OPM classics someday.
