You are all right, being famous doesn't give you happiness , just like SB19, they are pursuing their dreams but they also get tired to be in the limelight..They are telling us that glitz and glam is like exposing their life to the public but how much can the public take them?..Pablo said he has experienced "depression" when they were just starting, the frustration and disappointments they get..People don't know how much they struggle before they reached stardom..
Pablo's wailing in the background, adds more magic to the song. I always cry when watching this. I feel the pain in this song and the way they express their emotion. That's me getting in their zone.
Just sharing. Did you know that prior to them releasing the PAGTATAG EP, they didn't have a new song for 2 years? Although they've been singing WYAT, NYEBE, and LIGAYA in concerts in 2021-2022, they were still unreleased. They almost gave up (again) and it was apparent with the way Pablo was dispirited in interviews back then. But there was a rumor that Stell persuaded the boys to invest in WYAT so they produced the MV by themselves with their own hard earned money. That's how bad their management was. All they did was get the boys endorsements after endorsements that at one point, they have more ads jingle than actual songs? There was even a year that they had at least 4 or 5 Christmas jingles for brands but no new officially released songs. SBT clearly had no direction and no clear plans for them. They had a lot of songs (Pablo's) then that they just can't record and release that time. It seemed like the management don't want to invest in songs. The boys used to record their demo songs in a makeshift studio in Pablo's house and used thick blankets as soundproofing coz their company wouldn't invest in them. Their dance studio was so small they cannot accommodate backup dancers. Oh my Lord, I swear, leaving that sh1tty company was the best thing the boys did.
Love your perspective on this song. PABLO has mentioned before that the meaning of the songs he writes depends on how people see or understands them. I simply adore how PABLO writes lyrics, his mind works in a magnificent way. Kudos too to the members of SB19 who always give their best in executing the song. The talents are undeniable. Hearing your analysis about the essence of the song as a whole, I kinda see the song in a whole different perspective. Being caged in a situation where one is desperate to be out of the "box". Pablo's cry for help hits differently. It hits home (previous management). No wonder all the group members show raw and vulnerable emotions. It's personal. Very personal. Their vocals are fire!!! This group is so versatile, they can perform an assortment of genres, you will never get bored. On a parsonal note, SB19 changed my attitude on how i view life, for the better. Their songs smack of good, positive vibes. Plus their experience, journey, as a group is so inspiring, transformative, it makes one believe that good truimphs over evil.

This song is a Masterpiece. I like you not pausing coz it's so good. You guys are on point. These people around them are controlling and not understanding that they also do make mistakes. Their FREEDOM song was about being out of a label/company (Show BT) and building their own. They just recently opened their 1Z Entertainment Company Office and Pablo is the CEO. If you check Justin's debut single SURREAL MV that recently dropped, it's already under the 1Z Entertainment logo.

Yeah! Thank you for doing this live performance of my #1 favorite SB19 song. This song really showed the boys' talents, their unique voices that truly blend well together. I agree with you all. The boys went through hell, the trials and tribulations while hiding behind the light...and I am sure most aspiring artists go through the same hardships, we hear and read about them all the time.
