On Ken's Rap part, the "love" he is referring to are the fans (A'Tin). On the following line, he said "it's like you didn't pay the fare for the jeepney/bus" which is informally referred to as "1,2,3" because if someone doesn't pay, that person "runs away" so it's short for "1, 2, 3, run!" But Ken said "hanggang peace lang" or "just until peace", if you count to 3 you will be able to make the peace sign on number 2. So the number 3 will be left. Then we come to the next line where he said "padamihin mo ng anim ang tatlo para unlimited" which translates to "you should multiply to 6 that 3 (that remained) so it'll be unlimited". 6x3= 18 (sounds like A'Tin). They are saying that our relationship with them and the fun we'll have is unlimited. Hope this helps a little.
