I recieved damaged jewellery after closure of gold loan with sbi ,when I requested for repair,they refused but I took in writing and entered in registers also that it's damaged. Now jewellers confirmed that it's non repairable as it has stone work and broken at 4 places. No one is replying me after complaint even or giving any solution. Higher officials said verbally that bank is liable for weight and gives loan on weight of gold and nothing can be done. Please guide how to deal with this. It's really heartbreaking as it's non wearable and was used once and gifted by mother
