Pehli posting hai as an SBI PO. 8:30-9 baje branch band hoti hai. The Branch Manager wants me to sit until the branch is closed even if I'm not doing anything to keep the Field Officer company. Ab aadat ho gayi hai lekin in the future I see myself becoming fed up of this. Koi samay nahi milta kuch bhi aur karne ko.

The salary is really good, PSUs are the only public bodies that will have salaries comparable to the private sector. SBI ki hi abhi 15-20k badhegi settlement lagte hi. But worklife balance is missing

Earlier banks were good but now a days there are lot of staff shortage business on per employee increased too much !! You don't understand the problem that is being told. The burden of sales targets and work load is too high in Banks, especially at Officer Level. People feel that they're underpaid, keeping in mind the work that is being extracted out of them. Plus, the problem of Rural postings that too far away from home. Horrible leave policy as well. It's just disastrous !

Yes. Teachers / Mentors obviously won't disclose the reality and show banking jobs in a negative light, because the aspirants are their customers. No one wants to lose business. The onus is upon the students to understand what they're getting into.

I got selected as SBI clerk and RRB PO and want to become SBI PO IN 2022 but joined as SBI CLERK. But one thing I learned is that some seniors from RRB PO gave me good advices which I neglected. As sbi employee all said truth even as clerk I left branch around 7 pm and my friends in RRB PO reached home by 5:30 pm. From Gujarat

SBI PO ki job karne mein Maza aayega Bhidu. Work Life Balance keliye logoko 10-5 wali Job chahiye,Mere liye toh Boring Job hai ye. Life mein Hustles karta rahunga marrte dum tak. Tabhi toh Life jeene mein maja hai Bhidu. SBI PO mein rehkar RBI Grade B phodunga phir Switch karunga. I will not write SSC and Railways Exams.

FCI mein bhi bekar he... Depot cadre or TA cadre sabse bekar hein. Sunday ko bhi chutti nhi he or second Saturday ki chutti pichle 5 6 mahine se nhi milli.. Chutti ke badle chutti milti he.. Also izzat bhi nhi he FCI.. FCI is only for managers, or for girls ,or for people working in DO's and RO's.. Depots mein frustrate ho jaoge.. Also, Agr apke bheje huyi racks mein losses zada aye to chargesheet hogi.. and mere saath wale boht logo ki huyi bhi he.. unka probation extend hua he and jo recovery hogi wo alag . To FCI bhi bekar he bhai

I used to teach and my salary was 16 k... still i give my 💯 ( After Transportation and other pays I've almost 10k in the end of month 😢) Almost no vacant class+ taunts+15 minutes break+ no phones in staff room even if you're free......many more.. I used to love teaching but i quit... Now I'm unemployed....... Jb job thi to roj resign krne ka mn krta tha ab nhi hai to lgta hai jo tha shi tha... Currently preparing for banking but depressed as hell after so many negetive comments and these types of video..

Private main entry level ki salary salary nehi woh bheek hota he ......esa nahi ki app 3-4 salon main achi salary tak aa jaoge.....agar app ache se switch kar rahe ho time to time aur ek bahut time ke badd app ko acha salary milega.... Baki ye ceo md ka salary seh hume kya lena dena he 😂

Because those who are doing high package jobs in pvt. banks are mostly specializing in a niche area, or serving B2B segment. But SBI PO especially in starting years is purely retail banking, which is not really fun thing to do. Same goes for pvt bank employees doing retail banking in banks like ICICI, Axis at low pay. They are highly frustrated. Retail segment especially is highly saturated, due to high competition, fintechs,etc..

Pvt banks mein bhi pressure hota hai lekin wahan pe aapko pata hota hai ki aapko karna kya hai, agar aap apna target achieve kar liye to uske baad kisi ko koi matlb nhi lekin Sarkari Banks mein staff shortage ke karan officer ko 2-3 aadmi ka kaam karna padta hai, subeh aapko pata nhi rehta ki agla kaam kya hoga isiliye log frustrate ho jate hain

If someone has been working in private sector banks and joined sbi than he might not feel anything different because the work culture is same he might feel habituated. Kal 2nd Saturday hai and going for field work!!😂 Just pvt bank things! Atleast paise toh mil rahe hai sbi mei yaha toh incentive bhi bandh ho gaya 😂
