Sir my right hand's thumb one-third part had cut in childhood.and I'm going to fill SBI po form and they clearly mentioned that if desiability is 40% less and if you feel difficulty in writing (I'm not feeling) but sir I have 40% less disability. Sir what I do please give me your advice
