I believe that if the gaelic dialogues are also subbed, it would be much more easier for people to learn the language, cuz everyone can look the words they don't know in the dictionary right away if they are willing to learn
I am trying to learn the language, and living in California USA there just isn't a whole bunch of places a person can go to get some practice. What a great video. Not only to help me learn the language, but a very nice story as well. I just watched this episode and now I have to find the rest of the episodes. I hope they are all available on RU-vid. I hadn't seen them on TG4, but will look there as well. Anyone know if the seasons are available for sale on DVD?
Carl Love I too am trying to learn the language, my Great grandparents had Irish but when they immigrated they did not pass it on to their children and grandchildren...I’m currently using Duolingo which is amazing but this is even better I get to immerse myself in the language the way it’s spoken
Duolingo is great.. Also go onto TG4 and click on Cula... it's children's programming but really helps out. You can also download them through Google Play. Many people who immigrated to the United States learned English by watching Sesame Street , so we can learn Gaeilge by watching Irish children's programming
